We are just days away from Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and we’re not even sure how we managed to schedule so many parties and get-togethers within such a short time. As much as we love our veggie platters, we might be getting a bit tired of hummus. This means we need some fresh inspiration when we’re short on time and avoiding hunting down crazy ingredients from the grocery store.

Here are 4 recipes we’re whipping up to ensure we’re getting invited back to next year’s parties!
