There are so many things we love about winter. Like holiday dinners, wearing scarves, and a blazing fire. But it’s around this time of year we dying to bust out the sandals, sip on an iced coffee, and sit on a patio. How is it possible to miss sunscreen? We don’t know but it is possible.
To celebrate the first day of spring, we’re doing some major meal planning and we’re going to share what’s on our cooking bucket list.
If you can get over the mouthful of a recipe name, then you are in for a wild ride. How amazing and delicious do these look? We’d definitely throw the asparagus on the BBQ for some extra summer vibes.

Yes please to spring greens! We’re going to make this and then sit and daydream about our garden we’re going to start next weekend.
We’re a sucker for fancy toast. In fact, we’re a sucker for any kind of toast. But this looks magnificent. It’s got nut cheese! Fresh veggies! And herbs! This is not something we’ll be making to share.
Just because it’s spring doesn’t mean we need to say goodbye to soup! This would perfect on a patio with some herbed butter and iced tea.
We will never tire of seeing fresh pasta salad at summer potlucks. Never! Look at how bright and beautiful this is! Plus you can make it in advance and then grab and go!
