All we want to do is be outside in the glorious sunshine. Forget turning on the oven or sweating over the stove. Right now, it’s all about the grill. And if you’re like us, you might get a bit tired of veggie dogs and burgers.
Since we were in need of inspiration we figured we’d share some of the delicious recipes we’ll be creating this season!
You can serve us pretty much anything with avocado dressing but these crispy veggies look like heaven. We’ll be pairing it with a mint watermelon slushie- how about you?
We’re blown away when people tell us they haven’t tried tempeh. What are you waiting for?!? It’s packed with protein and tons of other nutrients, plus it’s filling, and versatile. Not sure what to do with it? Get that grill going and make this veggie bowl.
We love our classic veggie dogs but by the end of the summer, we don’t know if we could have another bite. But we love the idea of mixing up the classic veggie dog with some delicious veggies like eggplant!
We have roasted or fried cauliflower at least once a week but we never thought about throwing it on the BBQ! Love this idea and it’s so pretty being served too!
One of our favourite things to make on the grill is pizza, just put that pizza dough right on the grill- don’t be shy!
