Multiple encapsulation machines allow us to multiple orders and capsule sizes simultaneously and also allow us to produce large capsule orders with minimal downtime. Choose from various capsule sizes and custom colors. If you are experiencing difficulties encapsulating your product with another copacker, our R&D department can optimize your formulation to achieve the desired fill weight.

Our largest production machine is a 49 punch double turret tablet press capable of producing 400,000 tablets per hour. Choose from 6 popular tablet sizes and shapes, or order a custom shape that is unique to your brand. Optional in-house tablet coating services available as well.

Blister packs are great for packaging premium supplements and medicine. We offer 70mm x 90mm size blister packs which can hold 10 capsules or tablets each. Choose from white or clear blister packs. We offer a turnkey solution which includes all the packaging materials, and can customize the aluminum backing just for your brand, subject to minimum quantities.

We have multiple powder filling machines for large and small production runs, and can fill almost any powder into bottles or zip lock pouches up to 1500g. For environmentally conscious brands, we offer biodegradable and compostable pouches that meet the most stringent technical guidelines.

Our small liquid filling department has a semi-automatic filler for smaller orders of as little as 1000 units and a 12-head automated filler for larger orders up to 30,000 units. Recently, due to the Covid19 health crisis we have been contracted by many brands to fill hand sanitizer bottles.

Sachets or stick packs are ideal for single servings in a compact form factor. Choose from fill weights of 2g to 50g and many popular sachet sizes. For environmentally conscious brands, we offer biodegradable and compostable sachet films that meet the most stringent technical guidelines. Once your sachets are produced, we can also help you package your order into individual retail boxes/pouches.

Our Labelette labelling machines can handle small and large bottles alike, and in round or square shapes. Each labelling order is carefully configured to ensure bottle labels are evenly applied without any bubble or unsightly misalignment. Our operators apply the same due care regardless of whether we are labelling 1000 units or 200,000 units.
